| accommodation guidelines using the CCSSO 2005 Accommodations Manual as | |

| Conduct pilot implementation of the draft alternate achievement standards with current | |
| alternate assessment for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities and | |
| develop training materials to support future training on the refinement of | |
| the alternate assessment. |
| Outcomes: | As a result of the on-site visits, each jurisdiction will: |
| Adopt revised accommodation guidelines. | |
| Adopt alternate achievement standards by the State Education Agency. |
