Purpose: To fully implement high-quality AA-AAS using universal design principles to the extent
  possible, the measure achievement of students with significant cognitive disabilities
  based on AAS that align with each jurisdiction's academic content standards.
 

Outcomes: As a result of the on-site visits, each Jurisdiction Implementation Team will:
 
Have increased knowledge and skills in content and coaching skills for developing
  and implementing AA-AAS, especially in addressing gaps between assessment,
  curriculum and instruction, and considerations for universal design.
