| on alternate achievement standards through a stakeholder process to articulate | |
| and clarify the linkage of the alternate achievement standards to | |

grade-level content standards. |

Have revisions to the current assessment accommodation guidelines that reflect |

| current knowledge (research-based) and best practices. (Objective 1.2) | |
| Have guidelines for developing and implementing alternate assessments based | |
| on alternate achievement standards that clearly articulate linkage of alternate | |
| achievement standards with grade-level content standards. (Objective 2.2) |
